Furniture shaped by behaviour

To make furniture that can meet people’s evolving needs calls for a new kind of methodology.

Furniture brand +Halle has developed a complex collaborative process called the Annual Briefing, where designers, anthropologists, psychologists and other experts meet to exchange thoughts, which in turn shape the designs and functionality of their next furniture designs.

Based in Aarhus, Denmark, with its own production facility in Vest Jutland, the company blends a tradition of local craftsmanship, with renewable energy and modern production methods. All +Halle products are produced in line with the highest Danish environmental standards.

Collaborations with leading design studios such as Form Us With Love, Snohetta, Nick Ross and Industrial Facility have helped +Halle carve a unique footprint in the furniture industry, regularly defining new furniture typologies as it seeks to respond to the latest changes in how we work and live.
